Description
The polymer membrane deformable mirror technology is easily customized and scalable to up to 6” diameters. The mirrors can be coated for reflectivity with virtually any metal coating. We are currently working on demonstrating multi-layer dielectric stack high reflectivity coatings. By leveraging printed circuit board technology for the actuators, we can quickly generate custom actuator patterns.
